Overview
- Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our supplier. We do not handle physical fulfillment in-house.
Processing time

Shipping costs

Dispatch & tracking

Customs, duties & taxes
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by the destination country. These are the customerβs responsibility and are not included in shipping charges.

Address changes & failed deliveries

- If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional reshipment fees may apply.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
- If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, check with neighbors and your local post office first. If still missing, contact us and weβll work with the supplier/carrier to investigate.
- For damaged items, retain packaging and photos of damage and contact us within [7] days of delivery. Weβll coordinate a claim with the supplier/carrier and arrange a replacement or refund per our Returns Policy.
Partial shipments
